More boneheaded newbie questions

So here is my list of questions that have probably been answered before. I'm not new to paintball, but I just purchased my own equipment recently and haven't taken it out yet.
1. I hace a Tippmann Sierra One with a 200rd hopper. Will I need to get a smaller say, 50rd hopper for cqb?
2. Other than the marker, hopper, HPA tank, mask, plug, squeege & tools is there anything essential that I am missing?
3. When is the best play time for people starting off?
4. Is there any urgent reason to get some kind of LBE to carry tubes of extra paintballs for cqb?
